This is a great tool that we have found extremely helpful. It would even more helpful to be able to send a document request easily without having to create a template first. In many instances we have found ourselves wanting to use it to send a single document request on a client by client basis.
Making the template optional and not mandatory with the option to add additional documents to a selected template on a request by request basis would make this tool really exceptional!
Is there an update on - Only Receive upload notifications when customers have finished uploading files??
We were looking forward to this feature as our peak tax season starts this week. Unfortunately the feature has been released before it is ready for use and has a long list of problems - We have sent the list to SmartVault but have had no replies on when they will be fixed. If this was used as it currently stands, clients would be in up roar and refusing to use Smartvault. (See list of errors sent by Jessica Fallon)
