Indication of activity on file

Visual status indicators on files showing when the following actions have been (or have not) been taken:


Viewed, Downloaded, Shared, Printed, etc.


Email notifications will be available for any of these actions as well!

      I've been asking for this upgrade for the past 4 years. Response is always that is a great idea, but nothing ever happens. Woudl be great to tag a client downloaded file as "Reviewed" "Printed" or Entered" to note it has been taken care of by staff.

      This would be a very easy function to SV. Why can't the developers implement this? I am actively looking for a different document storage platform that has this feature built in. I would stay with Smart Vault if they had this feature.

      Being able to tag a file as "Read" "Entered" "Done" etc. would be very helpful when clients are downloading tax documetns over a number of days.

      I would like to be notified, possibly 1 email daily, with all clients that have uploaded information.

      This is a great idea! It would be simple to implement. Just add another column in the desktop view with a dropdown menu. User can manually select if a client document was printed or complete. This would save so much time!

      I think there are to many emails for all the different activities I think if there was just a history tab that would help.

      It would also be nice to be able to indicate that the files are complete and ready to be worked on.
