Indication of activity on file

Visual status indicators on files showing when the following actions have been (or have not) been taken: Viewed, Downloaded, Shared, Printed, etc. Email notifications will be available for any of these actions as well!

Adjust default parameters on client creation

An option to set or change Fiscal year of all the clients in bulk instead of changing it one by one via Dashboard. This will be a user level setting.

Tags dictate the folder that documents will be routed to and onward workflows, but the auto-filer interface does not explain or expose this... Dynamically show which Folder specifically the file will route to into SmartVault. + Bug
